We had never sold before and Tom explained all the processes we needed to have in place. His valuation of our house was what we were hoping for and from the very first meeting he already had about 3 buyers who he thought would be interested in our house, he put the sign out the front and the house sold in 3 days at the full asking price, we could not have asked for a better outcome. Toms experience, friendly nature makes me feel he is one of the top agents and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Tom was very professional , friendly and very upfront about the house. The couple of things that needed doing he pointed out straight away, everything was upfront.
