Awesome sense of humour and common sense
Clare's knowledge of local market and professionalism was second to none. Clare's no nonsense approach with common sense much helped sale of my property. The house was sold the first open day. Clare is pleasure to deal with and helpful in many awkward situations that arises with sale of the house. I am grateful and happy that I used her recommendations as well with rubbish removals and conveyancer just to name a few. Not a single problem and nothing she can't solve.
