Amazing Agency! Going above and beyond...
Corey Love has been a fantastic support in transforming my property from a dated older uniquely styled house stuck in the early 1900's, to a bright and airy modernised property which brings out the beautiful character of the property and makes it shine. Corey project managed the entire adventure from collecting the keys from the Sellers Agent, to advising on what work was essential versus what work was desirable to make it an attractive rental. He also put me in touch with some local builders who's workmanship, timing and price was very competitive and they took such pride in their work. As a result Corey is now managing my investment property and secured a good tenant at a higher rental income than anticipated which is awesome. I know that my property is in good hands with Hugo Alexander (especially Corey) and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find that top level service. Thanks Corey!!

Very helpful
Moved from the ACT to QLD and had to do everything remotely. Corey was really helpful in setting up a virtual inspection and kept greats comms with me the whole time.

COVID Concierge!
Lisa and Corey did a great job on renting two properties this year during the challenging time of COVID. They are very professional and got the job done. For my 4 bedroom house they dealt with many issues as a result of the mistakes from the previous Property Manager. Managed that so well that even the outgoing tenant posted a favourable rating for Hugo Alexander Property Group, that says it all. Folks don't stick with the big Property Managers, your just a number, try out Hugo Alexander. Tks, Adam (based in NZ with properties in Auckland).

Great Property Manager
Corey Love is brilliant to deal with. He made the whole process simple, easy and fun- Hard to believe that I'm talking about a real estate agent!!
