Honest-to-goodness, warm and friendly - and - DONE!!
From the very first phone call, Jane has been warm, friendly, honest, caring of the owner (important!!) and so helpful and thoughtful to me! As an interstate, first-time buyer, Jane has walked me through every step, answered my questions and has continually been such a positive, happy ambassador for the state of WA! Makes me feel so happy and grateful to have 'bought' a teeny tiny piece of it🌞 Jane also listed my unit for rent and in five hours, she had found a lovely tenant who was willing to pay more than the asking price!! Brilliant from start to finish
From the moment we viewed the property, Jane was helpful, accessible and professional. As first time buyers, she walked us through the entire process. She had great contacts across the field (finance, interiors and settlement to name but a few) and made the experience as seamless as possible. She was always contactable, took time out of her day to show us the house several times after our offer had been accepted and was a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend her more highly.

Exceptional service

Buying before selling can be daunting. Jane and Claire managed to tie both together really well.
I think Jane and Claire got a fair deal for everyone, dealing with two properties and three owners. They helped organise some renovations and presentation work that needed doing. A few dates went wrong with settlements and removal trucks and they helped all of us to get a good outcome.

Fabulous agent, great result
We listed our home for sale with Jane from Hummingbirds WA. She gave us honest and helpful advice, connected us with a stylist and got beautiful pics of our home. Brilliant sales experience and wonderful personal touch
We chose Jane as our selling agent because we knew she had amazing people skills and a wealth of professional experience. She guided us in preparing our home for sale, and made the process of presenting our home as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Jane astutely assessed the market in relation to our property and chose a sales approach that maximised competition amongst buyers, resulting in our receiving nine offers after just one weekend of home opens. It was a fast and furious sales process and we could see how hard Jane worked during those hectic several days of taking hundreds of enquiries and juggling the nine offers.
