We listed our North Parramatta Commercial townhouse with Ramez Raid from Hunters Agency & Co for a 4-week agency agreement. He simply utilised his database and quickly and without fuss bought offers to us. While listed a property like ours was sold by another agent for $250K less than the going rate, Ramez was determined to not let that happen to us and he didn't. He negotiated on Saturday night $70k above what we would have taken and he had exchanged contracts by Mon, outstanding! We sold it for $1,750,000, very close to the record for that complex, a fantastic result in the current market. He worked diligently and conscientiously right up until we had a water tight deal.
