An agent who is prepared to take the long journey with his customer

We met Patrick after we released our previous agent. Patrick knew we did not sell. He took his time introducing himself and offering insight into the area but was not high-pressure. When we decided to go back to the market, we had Patrick (Hunter Agency) and another group tender. Patrick introduced us to his selling partner agent, Eddie Bechara; Patrick took time to know us and the property. Patrick was always contactable and very responsive. It was time to sell, and Eddie got us there.

We had been in our property for over 20 years; in early 2023, we went to market with another agent, who did not get us there.
