Once again I have used Hunters to sell my property . Again exceeded expectations . They also were super patient never rushing me re a deadline to put on the market . Whilst we planned to sell by auction , huge interest on day it did not sell but brilliant Mushtaq Mohamad manager at one of Hunters Agency kept open houses going and he gained the top end market for the house 2 weeks later . At all times Ramez Riad assured me with interest rates rising , house was a good price and worth the sale price . So sale was achieved . Ramez is a gentleman through and through. From the word go, he was kind and very respectful of our search for the right home. He was understanding of our circumstances and took the trouble to arrange a private inspection for us within a couple of hours of us requesting this. While we were at the property, he did not rush us nor did he try to 'sell' the property to us. He simply let us take our time exploring the property and politely provided details when asked. Although the property spoke for itself, Ramez's respectful attitude filled us with a sense of calm and before we left the place, we knew we had found our home.
