It all started with a note in the letterbox and it said they had some buyers in the local area. We had already signed with another agent and I thought i’d give them a ring to see what they had to say. Ramez & David turned up along with Janet and told us what they could do for us and things started the very next day. We had some assistance in doing some of the work that we had to get done and they organised it all and as a result we have had a good outcome, we have ben very happy. I suppose we were into getting the house ready for sale with a 4 week auction marketing plan. Hunters are very different in some of the services that they offer. They have a program called the Hunters Concierge and basically you can ring up and they will help you organise anything that you need to happen or assist in selling the property and it’s been a very good program. We were able to get things done bit more cheaply then if had of done it all on our own and the team did a very good job, we are very pleased with everything. One of the interested things they did to market the property was the video that they made, they had the musicians here and the actors it was a bit of a fun afternoon with food, wine and drinks. One of the other things that I thought was a bit different was the length of the time that they spent here during the open homes. When I looked at other agents they normally go for 30mins to an hour but with Hunters we have 45 mins on a Saturday and 45mins on a Thursday, so we have 2 open homes giving buyers plenty of time to view the property. The sale process went very smoothly, they even had musicians here during the auction which created a great ambience for everyone and all up we achieved a great result.

Ramez is a very professional and outstanding agent. After a quick chat with Ramez it was clear that he was confident he could get us the amount we were comfortable with. On auction day he delivered a large number of potential buyers and got us a sale price above what we expected even during this time of the economy being in a recession. During the campaign period he kept us up to date with how things were going which kept us at ease leading up to the big day. All in all it was a great experience and I'd recommend Ramez to anyone looking to sell.
