An Amazing Agent!
I can't thank Irusia enough for all of her help and support with dealing with this deceased estate. Each time I had a problem or a situation that was slowing the process of clearing the culminations of belongs, she always had a solution. Irusia went beyond what any other agent would have done eg. removing 15 boxes of paints and chemicals, organised removalists and repairers. She was very mindful of the tenant and kept him in the loop the whole time. Her knowledge of the market ,negotiation skills,guidance and personality are impeccable ! Don't hesitate to have Irusia in your corner batting for you ,she is truly an amazing agent !!
