I-Sale agency was a professional agency in property market that we encountered last year when we bought a house for investment. We give thumbs up for Sam who guided us from the first time we asked him to find the property then very patient to direct us to finally buy it. Furthermore the agency help us on managing our investment property well for us. Sam is a good property agent and also all the team members works very well. I recommend them to be your property agent.

It was the best decision to entrust Carlos with our recent land purchase in Parkinson. His genuine interest and knowledge around the area made us more confident in the whole process. We honestly didn't think this would have happened if it wasn’t for the work that he did. His sharp negotiation and problem-solving skills were without a doubt. Highly recommend his service to future buyers or sellers. Thanks Carlos for finding us a home.

Angela is very diligent and goes beyond her duty to sell our property. She explained carefully the current market comparisons and gave us good advice. She even worked on public holiday or Sundays if there was a Buyer who could not attend another time. No interested party will missed out. Her attention to detail and advice on display for open for inspection was very helpful. There were few problems with the property being an old Queenslander. She remained in control and helped solve the problems with builder and Engineers at Buyer’s expense. She did not give up and got us the best possible price and we are very grateful. It was way above the bank valuation. Best of all, the Buyers were very happy too.

I requested Carlos to help me selling my townhouse in Calamvale back in April 2022. I've found Carlos is a very honest and trust worthy person With his marketing skill and local knowledge he sold my property in no time and he managed to get the price more than the initial agreed price. I fully recommend Carlos to anyone who needs his service. Many thanks Carlos for your help. Regards.
