We had been looking for a property for over four months when Sam reached out to me suggesting a property. Sam and the I-Sale team were fabulous communicators and were available to meet us at the property on short notice. Negotiations were so easy! It was so nice to deal with genuine agents that also have the sellers interests in mind. Thank you Sam and Peter!

Carlos and Peter has been really helpful to get the property sold at a good price while my previous agent was unable to. They always kept me in the loop throughout the sales process. I am very satisfied with their service and will recommend to anyone who is looking to sell their properties.

It would have been a distaste if Peter wasn’t the agent. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done helping me achieving my dream of buying my dream apartment. He works on my best interest and helping me through every step. He even still follow up after the settlement making sure everything goes well. He chased insurance company for me to ensure I got all the things sorted. What a rare and exceptionally experience I had. Thanks Peter :)

Carlos and his team were really efficient and on top of the sale. I basically do nothing except agree with the price. Everything was just taken care of. Really love working with Carlos and his team.

Sam is very helpful and willingly going extra miles. Considering I am a foreigner living outside Australia, Sam provides me with tons of useful information not only about property but also banking, tax, utilities, other issues and news. Due to time difference, sometimes I reach Sam after office hours and Sam with high enthusiasm answers my calls, reply my messages and emails. He also demonstrate a vast understanding and great deal of knowledge about property market in Australia. 35 Yearling Promenade is not our first property deal with Sam and definitely not our last. In short, we are very pleased and satisfied with Sam’s service and handling. Looking forward for our next property transactions with Sam

Sam helped me selling my investment property and I am very happy with his service. His approach is fast and cost effective and everything is straight forward. Sam is trustworthy, very experience, knowledgeable and have a large network in property area. Big name agency does not always guarantee to give you big result (they are greedy), so if you are thinking of buying/selling your property, think no more, contact Sam from Isale and you are guaranteed to have a cost effective good result.
