Very poor service and communication

The first I knew of my tenant moving out was when they returned the keys. No email but a phone call apologising for being slack. Their exit inspection didn't pick up that the carpets hadn't been cleaned and it was obvious from the photos. No response to emails and it goes on. I would definitely not recommend and put someone else through this.
