I have been with Ian McNamee for almost 10 years. I am so grateful for the team led by Daniel Bevan. From giving professional advice to great at resolving issues promptly. After renting my property through different agents. My experiences indicates I would keep doing it through Ian and McNamee unless I chose to sell. I recommend to any landlords that are thinking of renting their property out. Give them a go.

The first I knew of my tenant moving out was when they returned the keys. No email but a phone call apologising for being slack. Their exit inspection didn't pick up that the carpets hadn't been cleaned and it was obvious from the photos. No response to emails and it goes on. I would definitely not recommend and put someone else through this.

when tenants require repairs the process to obtain our approval is very efficient. when tenants move on the process to replace them with new tenants runs smoothly. we receive regular detailed inspection reports for the units Mcnamee keeps us updated on current rental rates in the area for similar units timely and accurate financial reporting for the properties

I have recently purchased an investment property in Crestwood.As I’m based in Sydney and work full time? Weekends were my only real option to view potential properties. Steve in Sales was extremely flexible with his time and even met me on a Sunday to view a property that I eventually purchased. His aftersales service was also excellent and far exceeded my expectations. I undertook a minor renovation and Steve was a wealth of knowledge regarding local trades people. He put me in touch with Carpet layers,Painters and plumbers. These too were great people to deal with. As a result of Steves efforts I’ve entrusted the property management with Macnees as well. I’m looking forward to working with them and experiencing the same level of service that Steve has bestowed upon me Thanks again Steve it was a pleasure dealing with you
