The tenancy approval process was smooth and the assistance with connecting services was excellent. However, after moving in, communication and follow-up were disappointing. My email regarding access to a garage fob went unanswered, and I had to follow up myself. Additionally, the security video/intercom system was incomplete, with the video unit missing despite the door buzzer being installed. While the initial leasing experience was positive, responsiveness to unit and access issues needs improvement.
