First of all, the real estate agent Daniel said I could get $390 a week in rent. But no one came to see the property. It has taken a month or so to get the renter into the property at $360. I lost a months or more's rent.

The first I knew of my tenant moving out was when they returned the keys. No email but a phone call apologising for being slack. Their exit inspection didn't pick up that the carpets hadn't been cleaned and it was obvious from the photos. No response to emails and it goes on. I would definitely not recommend and put someone else through this.
