Kind and courteous but slow at getting tenants into our rental property

All staff are kind and courteous whenever you have to talk or email with them. They do take a long time to put a tenant into a property which is disappointing. Our brand new unit didn’t have a tenant move in for four weeks in the beginning And six weeks between tenants after the first twelve months. This is a lot of money out of our pocket when we are paying a considerable amount to them to manage the property. With the demand for rentals in Canberra so high I think this is disappointing as I would expect one or two weeks at the most to be acceptable per week rent loss.
