Unfortunately, my experience was marred by: • Consistent disregard for maintenance/ approval requests, leaving issues unresolved. • Failure to provide all necessary keys, breaching Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (Division 7). • The property was handed over in an unacceptable condition, requiring extensive cleaning. • Lack of communication and disregard for tenancy rights, including unexpected requests for non-essential upgrades. Despite my efforts to address these issues, the property manager failed to respond adequately.
