Lucy handled the re-letting of my property at the Gateway quickly and efficiently, providing sage advice about the suitability of the applicants for the property. I appreciated that advice. One small area of disappointment was lack of advice to me that the previous tenant had reported a loose oven handle on her occupation of the property. Had I received advice of this I would have rectified it immediately so that it would not have fallen off completely by the end of her tenancy.
