Highly recommended!
Our home was a heritage property with many unique qualities and I was aware that it could be difficult to assess it’s value and to attract the right kind of buyers, so I was particularly seeking a highly experienced real estate agent with a strong knowledge of Queanbeyan, and the historic houses. Darren was the right person for the job. He identified all the strong selling points of our home and was able to market it accordingly. He was very enthusiastic about selling our property. He was always extremely helpful and positive, and helped me find some of the right people I needed to get the property ready to sell. He worked hard during the period leading up to the Auction and communicated with me regularly. The Auction resulted in a successful sale at a price we are very happy with, and Darren has made everything run smoothly and easy for us. Highly recommended thanks Darren.

Excellent advice and support
We cannot praise enough Darren Bennett and Lucy MacGregor from Ian McNamee & Partners Queanbeyan & Jerrabomberra. They provided excellent advice which ended with up us selling our property in Jerrabomberra and savings us money on marketing costs. We did not need to advertise or market the property due to an extensive list of contact details held by Darren. We highly recommend both Darren and Lucy to anyone.

Would use again
