Darren and Lou sell houses in Jerra. They are phenomenally good at selling houses in Jerra. If you're selling, you have to realise these guys command such a huge percentage of the Jerra/Queanbeyan market for a reason. There is no babble, no bull. They simply and frankly appraise your place in the market, cut to business, tell you how you can maximise your potential and then get results (exceeding expectations in my case). But it's not an accident; these guys work hard. I was unsure why the place would be open almost 4 times in 7 days in the first week (no extra cost I should stress). Or why in preparation for enquiries they have almost every agent in the office get across the property. They just know buyers, they know their business. You could sell with someone else in Jerra, quite why I don't know.
