Stress free experience with an amazing agent.
Sue has many years experience in realestate which clearly shows; She is an excellent negotiator , very personable, great communicator and oh so likeable. She took all the stress out of selling! Couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We have bought and sold many properties in the past and Sue is truly one of the best.

Ken is an excellent agent and I can't recommend him highly enough
Ken went above and beyond to help us sell our Queenslander. Not only did he recommend reliable and cost effective tradespeople to complete work on our house, but he also used his own expertise to assist us in completing small renovations. Ken is very knowledgeable about Queenslander's in particular. He is reliable, trustworthy and has everyone's best interest at heart - both buyers and sellers. Successful Sale
Sue is one savvy agent. Through her sales experience, being proactive and great people skills, she is able to effectively work with both the seller and the purchaser to get the best result. Sue knows how to market a property successfully in order to reach the right prospective buyers. From there, her negotiation skills are able to bring the sale to a point of finalisation. I was very happy with using Sue as my agent for the sale of my property. I also purchased a property through her as well. Ken is very experienced in real estate sales, especially Queenslanders. He is also a reliable, attention to details person when it comes to property sales.
