A personable and wonderful agent
We have dealt with Jessica a few times in our search for a place to call home. Jessica provides the perfect balance between professionalism and being personable. She has an extensive knowledge about real estate and the Illawarra region. We have had such a positive experience with Jess. She has always been available and on top of matters. A had a wonderful experience selling my house with Clinton from IEA.
Clinton is very professional and approachable. He is very friendly, reliable and honest. Highly recommended
We found Jack easy to get along with. We advised jack from the out-set what our selling range needed to be. While the market had dropped he was prepared to work to get us the sale. While we had to reduce the price it was done over a number of weeks, rather than starting at a low price. There was no pressure from Jack, and we felt comfortable with his suggestions. He kept us informed the whole of the process. Dealing with Jack and his team made it a good experience for us. I would highly recommend him.
