I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jay to anyone who wanted to sell their property for top price. Jay is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to keep things simple and on track. Things got a bit sticky in the process as they often do and Jay delivered her expert guidance and worked diligently with both parties to achieve a very favourable outcome. She is absolutely fantastic and fought for me in the best way possible and achieved the improbable...plus she answers every call and kept me updated throughout the whole process from start to finish. Five stars does not adequately reflect Jay's expertise. Five stars does not do her justice
