Sam was an incredible asset to our sale from start to finish. From the moment he stepped inside from initial appraisal to the Finish, couldn't have asked for a better result! We had a few appraisals done by other agents in the area but were unmatched by Sam's professionalism and focus on the customer, instead of how "good" of an agent they were. He was happy to answer all of our questions, and assisted us with market pricing on other purchases in different suburbs. From the moment we listed the property, he was in constant communication with us about offers, and worked after hours contacting prospective buyers and pushing for their best offers on the property. We were under contract in 7 days from when the listing went up, and he really helped us understand small things we can do to improve value, and it did! We attended an open home of a property we were eager to see first hand and was greeted by Temika at the front door. Even though there were roughly 20 viewers at the time it felt like Temika had all the time in the world to answer our questions we had in regards to the property. Temika has been a breath of fresh air to deal with from initial open home through to making an offer, having it accepted, conditional period and through to settlement.
