Having someone to call you and offer to sell your house out of the blue is not a common occurrence, at least for me. What is less common is to be blown away by an amicable, polite and skillful person that leaves a memorable experience. Sam Zghayar was this person and he also had the persistence to follow up a few months later to leave his name and number for future reference which luckily I saved. Selling was not in my plans at the time, however, two years later, I decided to sell and even though I had another real estate that could have got the deal, I thought of Sam and his demenour over the phone and I called him to start the selling process. It took very little work to set everything up and the house was sold in 10 days! In addition, I was going through a personal difficult time and he did everything he could to assist me in the process so I did not have to worry about a thing.
