At a very sad time in my life and as Executor, I had to sell my Mum's townhouse to finalize her Estate. We originally had the property listed with another agent and it didn't sell probably due to the wrong price expectation. Matt had to work hard to get in contact with us which impressed me. He was realistic with where the price had to be to sell the property. From meeting him to contract was about 4 weeks. He lived in the area so was very knowledgeable.
