Corinne was very professional and patient with the handover from our previous agents, and our property manager Tayla is always helpful and accessible. The communication from Image Property is the best we've experienced. We are kept informed with any issues regarding our properties and any emails or phone calls are returned promptly and professionally. One of our properties became available for lease recently, and Tayla was able to secure a new tenant at the first open house and at a higher rate than the weekly rent we had asked. We would recommend Image Property for anyone looking for an agency that is professional, efficient and has excellent communication systems in place.

I really cant fault Image. They are simply incredible. The service we have received from all of the staff there has been exceptional. I mostly deal with Kim Ellis who is amazing - great communicator, always looks after the tenants, and is on top of all maintenance.
