My experience with image property has been very positive, even during the more challenging times, such as when dealing with tenant turnover or breaches of acceptable standards. The reason this experience has been consistently positive is because of the competence, professionalism, communication skills and strong sense of teamwork displayed by those of Image Property who support the management of my two properties. My property manager, Ellen Sifonios is excellent in her application of knowledge and professional approach to communicating her strategies to me and the reasons for them, but I also sense a great amount of teamwork going on in the background at Image, demonstrated by the flawless support that comes through in areas such as property maintenance and accounting. We have been using Image Property to let our unit located in St Lucia Brisbane for many years. We reside elsewhere in Queensland. Each tenancy is for 12 months as it is fully furnished and typically is rented to international students therefore requiring reletting every 12 months. The maximum vacancy we have had during these many years is 2 weeks which we used to upgrade the unit and replace any items that were needing it. The staff have been very good at communication and would recommend to anyone looking for a good agent.
