Image seek out high quality tenants then follow up with good liaison to ensure landlords approve and thereafter conduct regular checks. The checks are supported by a high quality report which is easy to digest using photographs of all key areas of the property. Income statements are excellent and easy to track with all invoices attached. There is also an annual summary making tax returns a much easier task.
