The outcome of our most recent letting campaign was better than we had hoped for. Our amazing PM Lana Tedeschi was tasked with starting the campaign with very short notice, in the weeks immediately prior to Christmas. With the support of her Team, Lana ensured the issues surrounding the vacating Tenants were resolved, and at the same time, she secured an A1 rated Tenant for us - and all this with only 1 day of vacancy. This is not a one-off with Image Aspley. They have been our Property Managing Agent for over 8 years. In this time, we have dealt with many different Team members, and each and every time has been a good experience. Jack Sifonios is a great property manager. Very happy with him since he has taken my properties on. Previously i had a few different people managing my properties and didnt seem to have a constant manager. Jack is very organised and always does what he says he is going to do. His knowledge with trades and organising trades is great. I have had 5 different rentals property's over a 10 year period and have found jack to be possibly the best property manager i have had in this time. Finding a new tennant was also a easy process for me with lana helping while jack was away. Thanks very much
