Best in the biz
As a landlord as well as a renter for many years, I have had experience with many property managers and can confidently say Image Property Aspley is one of the best ones out there for me. They have been managing our properties since 2016. Shout out to Kayla Leigh and the team at Image Property Aspley who definitely play a key role in delivering a piece of mind for interstate investors like us. Kayla did the leasing of one of my properties recently and managed to secure new suitable tenants very quickly with minimal vacancy time, which I'm very thankful for especially during these challenging times where states are going in-out of lockdowns. She has also been reliable, professional and thorough in her work. I highly recommend Image to anyone looking for property managers in Brisbane. Amazing support!
The person I was working closely with was Kirsty who had been amazing from day 1. She kept the communication very open and took care of things without too much back and forth. She called me when needed and provided advice on potential tenants. Overall the pricing and ease to deal with Image property has been amazing and I'm looking forward to continued good relation with the rest of the team.

Emily did a great job in notifying the vacancy early, recommending the rent, advertising, keeping us informed of inspections and interest and signing up the new tenants. Property is being re-tenanted efficiently and with minimal vacancy.

New Tenants - No time wasted
Tenants lease runs out in a few weeks. They're moving on. The team at Image Property Aspley wasted no time and had the one and only open for inspection necessary. Ten presented and three applications for which i am thrilled. We have a new tenant ready to move in three weeks before the current one leaves. Thanks team.

Would recommend!
When we first signed up with Image in 2020, it was our first time with an agency. They walked us through all the information and answered all our questions and concerns we had. My partner and I are super happy with our property manager, Madi who takes care of the property, informs us on any necessary changes and makes our lives easier as we don’t have to worry about anything. When it came to open homes, I felt they were knowledgeable around what’s happening in the rental market, they have a level of expertise in picking the right tenants for you and giving you the information to make an informed decision. We feel there always needs to be a level of care factor involved in the service you are paying for and Image has that.
