Good and prompt service
We had our Property re-let with minimal downtime for a higher price. Very happy with the result. The staff are always prompt to return emails and calls. Very happy

Great agency!
We have used Image Property to manage our rental property since 2016. We have found all of the team to be very professional, prompt and honest with their feedback in regards to tenants or the property market. Image Property is very good to deal with, a trusting agency
Talitha Nicholson has been very helpful and professional. When I have dealt with the office they have done what they say. I am very satisfied and that is why I have given my other property to Image Property to manage for me. I am sorry that I was not able to do the review sooner.

Satisfaction is key
I've dealt with Image Property for 5 years now and have always found them and staff to go above and beyond to assist clients. In that time I have dealt with a number of staff and found them to be friendly and professional. As a matter of course they will discuss and recommend to me their recommendations regarding letting, maintenance and tenant issues taking into account current market conditions and possible outcomes whilst taking considering my views and situation. The relationship therefore is a very client focused in terms of best outcome and satisfaction for me their client. Our relationship is very strong as a result.
