Sam was an incredible asset to our sale from start to finish. From the moment he stepped inside from initial appraisal to the Finish, couldn't have asked for a better result! We attended an open home of a property we were eager to see first hand and was greeted by Temika at the front door. Even though there were roughly 20 viewers at the time it felt like Temika had all the time in the world to answer our questions we had in regards to the property. Temika has been a breath of fresh air to deal with from initial open home through to making an offer, having it accepted, conditional period and through to settlement.
