We originally had the property listed with another agent and it didn't sell probably due to the wrong price expectation. Matt had to work hard to get in contact with us which impressed me. He was realistic with where the price had to be to sell the property. From meeting him to contract was about 4 weeks. He lived in the area so was very knowledgeable. His communication was very good and he was understanding when he couldn't contact us when I was traveling.

I can't recommend Matt highly enough as an agent who will go above and beyond the expectations of simply selling a property.
