Cannot recommend Kirsty and Tom more highly. It was not merely the price they achieved. There was also their straightforward and commonsense advice on styling (only just enough), marketing (again, only just enough) and minor repairs to present our property in the best possible light. But the clincher for me was the day of our first open when I saw them both walking the streets of the neighbourhood knocking on doors to spread the word that our property was for sale. We had a contract on day one.
