Ben is brilliant. He is genuine, easy to talk to, understands your situation, and treats you with respect and kindness. Ben also took my thoughts, feelings and ideas into consideration and went with my suggestion to setup a bidding war between many buyers by establishing a "submit your best offer" option, rather than advertise as an "offers over" scenario, which resulted in selling for $30,000 over the expected selling price. We were not just very satisfied with the final result, but the overall whole experience from beginning to end.
