Kim Ellis has been Image Property has been our managing agent for a number of years now, and I can’t speak highly enough of her. Kim is diligent and excellent as her job. I have not had to chase her once for anything. Kim emails the financials on our property every month, and manages the property as if it’s her own. Living interstate from the property this is exactly what we need. I highly recommend Kim and image property

Tayla listened to my requests and spun her own magic to have tenants in my house during these unforseen circumstances. New tenants in almost as soon as old tenants were out. Thankyou for the hard work the team put in to screening prospective tenants as well as making sure the house was ready to move into at such short turnaround. It was really appreciated.

We have had an excellent experience with our properties being managed by Image Property. Corinne was very professional and patient with the handover from our previous agents, and our property manager Tayla is always helpful and accessible. The communication from Image Property is the best we've experienced. We are kept informed with any issues regarding our properties and any emails or phone calls are returned promptly and professionally. One of our properties became available for lease recently, and Tayla was able to secure a new tenant at the first open house and at a higher rate than the weekly rent we had asked. We would recommend Image Property for anyone looking for an agency that is professional, efficient and has excellent communication systems in place.

I really cant fault Image. They are simply incredible. The service we have received from all of the staff there has been exceptional. I mostly deal with Kim Ellis who is amazing - great communicator, always looks after the tenants, and is on top of all maintenance.
