Great letting campaign , great agent.
The letting campaign was brilliant because Michaela knew the market. She secured a successful result on the first showing. Michaela's prompt response to applications, resulted in an excellent tenant taking over the least a few days after the current tenant leaves. Well done Michaela and again thank you.

The absolute BEST property managers!
The team at Image Property have been managing my property for more than 3 years. In that time they have always conducted themselves professionally, honestly and been on the front foot of any maintenance items, lease negotiations, tenant reviews - or any other issues for that matter. I have since recommended them to my family and they too have had the same experience as me. Excellent staff / team and would definitely recommend to others.

Agency with Integrity
When appointing previous property agents, they gave us their best during the first 12 months or so. Since appointing Ellen and the team at Image Property several years ago, we can say unreservedly that we trust her and the team to manage our properties the way we always hoped they would be. Ellen's expertise and attention to detail has never waned. She is also thorough and timely with property inspections, providing detailed reports together with recommendations. Professional, prompt & a pleasure to deal with.
We have had a few Property Managers over the years, some good, some less than good. The decision to change to Image Property to manage our rentals was the best decision my wife & I have made. They deliver on all they say, have a real interest in what is best for your property & the tenants. Highly Recommended Agency
Kirsty-Lee Heilbronn is the byfar the best Agent I have worked with. Sitting in Sydney and managing an investment property in QLD as a bit overwhelming at first.
