We changed over to Image properties just over a year ago, as our previous property managers were quite terrible at managing our property, and have nothing but positive feedback for them. Their knowledge of areas and advice is very welcoming. Cannot speak highly enough of Kim Ellis. She keeps us up to date on all aspects of our rental property, which gives us peace of mind as our rental is in another state. Also there portal is excellent, I have everything I need at my finger tips to review ongoing income/expenses and at tax time.
