Responsive and great communication
We engaged Paige Jones at Image Property Aspley to rent out our property in Chermside West. Her communication was alway prompt and she was flexible and responsive to our feedback. The property was leased with 2 weeks of being advertised. From our experience to date, we would highly recommend Paige and Image Property Aspley.

Great comms
Right from the start I appreciated the very high level of communication and personal ownership from Paige. She kept us in the loop and we felt confident Paige was doing everything in her power to have our property tenanted o our terms and ASAP.

keeps me in the loop and very quick to let the property out again
They were very communicative and rented the property out very quickly after a week's advertising and an inspection on the weekend. very pleasant to work with and prompt communication is wonderful when they are my eyes and ears on the ground - I live in a different state.

Very Efficient
The communication was excellent and we were kept well informed. Our unit was let within 3 weeks from when Paige took on a co listing campaign with another agency. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and professional.

Very good customer service
Me and my husband are very happy with the customer service of Image Property group. I am impress with the help and support given to us. Special thanks to Kirsty Lee who answered all my questions regarding our property, market and strategies. She even answered all my questions very patiently about one of our property outside Image management which was quite impressive. A true service provider thinks of their clients first then themselves and that's what in my opinion Image property group stands for. Thank you guys. Looking forward to grow this relationship.
