Attentive and responsive
This review is in the context of letting out a property I recently purchased. Image Property in general and Sian Davis in particular had made the whole process seamless and stress free. I was able to tap in to their knowledge of the Redbank Plains area before I finalised my purchase. Sian had litterally held my hand along the way from the time I signed the contract to purchase right up to securing a tenant. Sian was attentive to my requirements and was very responsive.

Image are great
I recently had the need to find a new tenant for my investment property and Kayla handled everything so professionally in relation to finalising the previous tenant and bond then showong the open home and sorting through the applicants, coming up with a very respectable family to move in wirh such a small omount of down time, Very happy to have Kayla looking after our property

Professional and Excellent Service
My dealings with Jessica and Image Property have been excellent. Jessica is extremely professional and consistently keeps me updated on all things to do with my rental property. I am well informed ahead of time and given various options. A great example is the recent re-letting of my property where Jessica displayed great knowledge of the market and provided evidence and options of whether to continue leasing or selling. Not only did Jessica secure an increased rental outcome, the property was only on the market for 7 days. Excellent results!!

I lost thousands thanks to Image - rated ZERO
This is a disgusting agency. I made the mistake of not checking them because they kept saying how wonderful they are. However they ignored certain instructions such as notifying me about maintenance issues, or getting more than one quote and so on. The worst thing however was that for each rental review they worked for the tenant and not for me! They recommended keeping the same rent when rents had increased by over $100 per week, even in the sane building . Image property artificially keeps rents lower than all other agents in the same suburb. I have a huge file of documentation and going to Fair Trading. As an out of state owner I relied on Image and they cheated me. It’s far easier not to put in new tenants and interview them and so on when the payback per week in commission for the increase is not worth actually doing the job they are meant to do. They just sit back and take their commission and shit on landlords.
