I've been with Image Property for as long as I've been a landlord for the past 8+ years and my experience with them has always been a positive one. The Property Managers at Image are professional, friendly and do set a very high standard for their work. They are incredibly prompt with email communication in advising any issues that need to be addressed and this includes back and forth emails that may sometimes be necessary to get a certain issue resolved. They do thorough background checks on prospective tenants and are honest enough to advise against a tenant signing the lease agreement, if they feel that the tenant is potentially problematic.
