On our first opening of the house we had 16 groups attend with multiple applications submitted and then a few days later a second opening with another 15 groups attending. We ended up securing a tenant within a week of the first opening. A virtual tour of the property was also taken which was professionally done and looks really good. All in all, we are very pleased with choosing Image Property Aspley as our agent. This is the second property that they are managing for us.

Image Property Aspley have been our property managers for several years now. Our tenants of several years recently moved out. During the process the keep us informed of the enquires, provided a market analysis to help with determining the rent rate and ensured the previous tenant's left the property in a good condition thus enabling the new tenants to move in without any delay.
