Satisfaction is key
I've dealt with Image Property for 5 years now and have always found them and staff to go above and beyond to assist clients. In that time I have dealt with a number of staff and found them to be friendly and professional. As a matter of course they will discuss and recommend to me their recommendations regarding letting, maintenance and tenant issues taking into account current market conditions and possible outcomes whilst taking considering my views and situation. The relationship therefore is a very client focused in terms of best outcome and satisfaction for me their client. Our relationship is very strong as a result.

Great Property Manager
Lauren has been an excellent property manager and I hope that she continues to manage my properties. Her strength is her efficient communication regularly keeping me up to date with any issues, my tenants and what is happening in the market. Lauren has an excellent feel for whats happening in the property market.
