They have a good pool of rental properties under their management on the north side of Brisbane. The process of applying for a property was straightforward. I had completed an application for a property which was unsuccessful and they allowed me to transfer it for another property without problems. The paperwork provided to document the lease was faultless, including an array of useful ancillary guides and instructions. They completed an entry condition report diligently, sent me frequent reminders to complete it on my part and resolved the issues promptly.
