Applied for our property, received a email to say we had it. The paper work (email) was done, rent paid, bond paid. Keys available for us on the date. Very excellent service, recommend David Deane real estate.

David Deane Real Estate proved to be a very professional estate agent, always quick to respond to queries, in a friendly and helpful manner. The only problem we have had is with their insistence that we take the rental on an earlier date than we required it, despite the fact that the house clearly wasn't ready for occupation. We finally took occupation almost 2 weeks after we'd signed for on the lease. There are still problems that have not been resolved; the house is livable but not complete in terms of finishes eg. curtains missing, lights not working, a faulty oven door. Nevertheless, I would happily deal with David Deane again.

After having used DDRE to manage 3 rental properties for 5 years, I can only say positive things about the team. Through any challenges such as managing renovations and providing advice on everything from choice of paint to which contractor is best to use, and also dealing with other difficulties that arise through property management, I wouldn't use anyone else in Brisbane to manage my rentals.
