If you are looking for property manager and you don't make a call to Tim McDougall or Josephine Robson from David Deane, you will regret for sure. Tim and Josephine helped me have a smooth transition from builder last Wednesday and did an open inspection Last Saturday, and successfully leased the property to very good tenants. During the whole process in the last couple weeks, Tim and the team is very professional and attention to details, which gave a seamless experience. Their result will exceed your expectation! Highly recommended!

When I attended the viewing of the property Belinda was very polite and courteous and listened to my problems I was having trying to attain a rental property. I had received news from Belinda that I was accepted for the property and I was so delighted and happy I think she was excited for me also Belinda has been a great communicator and I have had no problems at all A nice card and a packet of Timm Tamms when I pick up the keys and a lovely welcoming smile just makes your day Looking forward to the next 12 months in my new rental property!
