Very courteous and willing to listen...even under pressure! His understanding of real estate shows and it should, he has been in this business for years. what a wonderful friendly Genuine person Mark Rumsey is!! He welcomed us at the door of the property and proceeded to tell us all there is to know about it. very professional and honest. Mark helped us negotiate the price and with success we got the sale. I was so surprised that he also worked through the weekend and even had the contract to us on a Sunday!
