From the initial appraisal through to the contract going unconditional, Mark was professional and informative. Mark knew the area well and immediately gave us the confidence to choose him to be our selling agent. Mark was able to give worthwhile tips to increase the houses presentation which resulted in an extremely fast turnaround time on receiving an offer that exceeded our expectations. In fact, the same day our house had the photos taken he showed people through which led to the offer which has now gone unconditional. Anytime I had a question, Mark was prompt with a reply. I will definitely use Mark again when selling and buying in the future; cannot recommend Mark highly enough.
