I have relied on David Deane Real Estate over the years for buying, renting and now selling properties. Mark look after my most recent transaction which was the sale of an investment property. Mark provided very straight forward and professional advice on the potential value of the property and a recommended marketing approach. After discussions with a few agents, I choose to accept Mark's advice and proposal. It was an excellent decision. Buyers made a firm proposal within a week of advertising and it was settled promptly. Mark negotiated the buyers to meet my target price, so in all it was a good outcome. Next time I am in the market I will certainly intend to engage Mark Rumsey form David Deane.

We have known Mark for a number of years after both of our daughters purchased and sold through Mark. We decided to list our property with Mark because Mark and his team are very active in the local area and has a good knowledge of property values and marketed the property professionally. Mark did secure a contract on the property within a short period of time and, although we were a little short of our original goal I think we did secure around the market value for this property.
