Twelve months ago we discussed downsizing . We talked with Mark Rumsey who was extremely helpful. Showed us RP Data and invited us to Open Houses so we could find our place in the market. We held off selling as we were very happy in our old home but in September it became a necessity. We spoke with three other Real Estate Agents but in all cases we were not able to get any of them to commit to a price they though we would achieve.
