This is how quickly they make things happen: Wed 6 October our tenant gave notice to vacate Sat 9 Oct our property manager Kerry inspected the property for the outgoing tenant Mon 11 Oct the property was listed online Thur 14 Oct first inspection was organised. We received 3 applications. Fri 15 Oct: by mid morning two of the applications had been fully processed. By Friday afternoon a new lease had been signed and the deposit paid. Sometime during that week Kerry also sourced a quote for internal blinds which will be installed before the new tenant commences. The outgoing tenant also saved about 10 days in rent because Kerry found the new tenant so quickly. Win-win for everyone! Talk about efficient!

She is a fantastic communicator and we really appreciate the prompt feedback we receive from our questions. Amanda also has a great balance of taking care of landlords and tenants as well as dealing with tricky situations that constantly remind us of why we have a property agent and don't do it ourselves.

We have been trying to secure a property for a while and our application was being overlooked by agents at other agencies who didn’t even call us back. Then we spoke with Tara who was amazing. Tara was on top of our application from the minute we sent it and called us with updates throughout the process. We really wanted the property and Tara absolutely over delivered. Not only did she secure it for us but even came back to let us know that the landlord was happy to give us a slightly reduced rate on our initial offer. Amazing.
