Stefanie regularly kept us appraised in the re-letting process. The property had to be re-let because the prior tenants found the rent too high. Prior to them leaving Stefanie recommended we increase the rent. We elected not to do so. The tenants left, and due to little interest from future tenants we had to reduce the rent to attract interest. I think Image should reflect on this.

Image property were absolutely amazing in transitioning my family and I through the process of moving us into our new rental. Our rental manager, Amanda Ondastal, was so professionally efficient and thorough and was a wealth of knowledge which made the process of our move into the property, a very smooth, easy and was actually an enjoyable experience without all the stress! And what had really stood out to me, was 'how' they treated me. They were personal but yet polite, professional yet not clinical and made me feel like I was one of the family. I highly recommend the managers and their host team on the Sunshine Coast 💯
